Allocate Credits (Contacts)

Prerequisites

You must have Admin permissions to allocate credits (contacts) to other users in your Datanyze account.

Note: In this article, the terms Credits and Contacts are synonymous.

Account administrators allocate credits when they want each user to have a set amount of credits. Without allocating credits, users have access to the full pool of credits purchased.

Allocate Credits

Go to your Account Settings and select Accounts.
Find the user you’d like to assign credits and select Actions > Manage > Allocate Credits > Select how many credits the user should have access to > Save.

Manage Credits

Go to your Account Settings and select Accounts.
Find the user you’d like to manage credits for and select Actions > Manage > Allocate Credits > Change or update the amount of credits the user has access to > Save.

Remove Credits

Go to your Account Settings and select Accounts.
Find the user you’d like to remove credits for and select Actions > Manage > Allocate Credits > Change the amount to zero > Save.
