1. To get help, please, contact us at email@example.com and will be in touch shortly, typically in less than 24 hours.
2. Request Support on Datanyze Customer Success Knowledge Base.
- Click on the Request Support button.
- Fill in the Request Form.
- Click Submit Request and our Support Team will be in touch as soon as possible.
3. For the immediate assistance, please, use the Live Chat app from any page of our website.
- Click on Need Help icon on your low right-hand side.
- Now you have 2 options:
- Request Support: If you click on Request Support, it will redirect you to fill in the support form.
- Chat With Us: If you click on Chat with Us, the chat window will pop up and you can start typing your request, our live agents will immediately answer to you.
