Datanyze to Hubspot Integration


You must have administrative access in both Datanyze and Hubspot to complete the Datanyze to Hubspot integration.

Also, you must have purchased the Datanyze-Hubspot Integration product before you can connect your two instances.

Integrating your Hubspot instance with Datanyze allows you to keep contacts and companies consistently updated with Datanyze technology & company data. When Hubspot records are enriched with Datanyze, you can score contacts based on a variety of technographic, firmographic and demographic qualities, tailor contacts’ campaign experiences based on additional data and ask less qualifying questions (like company size, revenue, etc.) on forms

Connect Your Datanyze Account to Hubspot

1. Go to your integration settings, select Hubspot and then click select Connect Account under the Hubspot Sync section.

2. Enter the requested HubSpot information. The system will confirm the connection if successful.

Create Custom Property Group

1. Click on the Contact or Company properties and select the option to Create new property groupcreate_new_property_group.png

2. Title the group Datanyze Information or something similar for easy reference.

Create Custom Hubspot Properties

1. Click on the Contact or Company properties and select the option to Create new property.


2. Enter the Label, Internal name, Field type, as well as which group the property should be in.


3. Select which group the new property should be visible in and click Save property.

Review Error Reports

1. After the first full sync, go to your Datanyze settings > Integrations > Hubspot and scroll to the Hubspot Sync Status section.


2. View individual errors for each object or download the full list of errors.

3. Correcting errors will allow the record to sync during the next scheduled sync time.
