Find Contacts Using the Datanyze Browser Extension (Insider)

In order to find contacts using the browser extension (Insider), you must have People enabled in your Datanyze account.

Once you’ve identified which accounts to target, finding contacts is the last step in the prospecting process. Using the Datanyze browser extension (Insider) to discover the right contacts at a company allows you to easily find names, titles, email addresses and direct dials* of employees without leaving a company’s website. Then, once you’ve identified who to reach out to, you can push their contact details directly to your CRM.

Find Contacts Using the Datanyze Browser Extension

1. Go to a prospective company’s website. Click the browser extension icon in your browser window.

2. Click the People tab in the extension window.

3. Use the Search box to look for people based on name or title.

Note: If you type in “Director of Marketing”, it will find people with the title of “Director of Marketing” or “Marketing Director”.

4. Use the checkboxes on the left to select which contacts you wish to add to a list.

Then, from the Choose List drop-down menu, either create a new list or choose an existing list in which to add selected contacts.

Alternatively, you can click the Salesforce Icon to the right of the contact to add that contact directly to your Salesforce instance.

Voila! Finding the right contacts to reach out to is seamless when you do it directly from the prospect’s website and use the Datanyze browser extension.
