Datanyze Tags are a great tool for speeding up your workflow and finding exactly what you need. If you're just getting started with Tags, you can find more information on beginning to use Tags here.
Once you've begun creating Tags within Datanyze, here are some ways to take advantage of this handy tool.
Once you have Tags created, you can utilize them within Targeting just by adding Tag as a condition. This is a great way to find out if an Account might be coming up for renewal with a competitor soon by also using the Added condition with a date range 9-10 months prior.
Your Tags can also be used as a Condition within Alerts. By adding a Tag to your Alerts you can see when an Account has Added or Dropped a complimentary technology in an email every day.
Your Tags will also appear on Datanyze Insider when you open a tagged domain. Please note: only Active Tags will be shown, not Inactive Tags.
These same tags will also be shown on the domain's page within the Datanyze platform.
Using Datanyze Automated Salesforce Tags is also a great tool if you are utilizing the Datanyze Salesforce Integration. This will enable your team to know which Account belongs to whom and avoid stepping on each other's toes. To get started, just select the Create New Automated Tag button from the Tags page and follow the prompts for each member of your team.
